This was supposed to be a new watch head, but the same problem happened. Then once google pay and what's app were loaded, the watch because too hot to wear, and the software froze again, and the watch was once again unusable. We reported the fault a few weeks later, but due to lockdowns, and us living away from Sydney, we were unable to bring it in until recently.
